I once wanted to help a blind man find shelter, and through a friend, I met Nikita. At first, I used to call her “Nikita Ma’am.” But over time, our bond grew so strong that she’s now my Dost “Nikki”.

She is a true powerhouse of inspiration. What a healthy person aspires to do in a lifetime, Nikki has already accomplished. Be it excelling in academics, participating in cultural events, writing her own book, singing a song for a film, or traveling thousands of miles just to motivate others—Nikki does it all, and she does it with a radiant smile.

I often joke with her that she isn’t really blind and that one day she’ll tell the world herself (ROFL). Words fall short when I try to describe her. I’m truly fortunate to call her my friend, and she continues to inspire me every single day.
