As a strong advocate of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and a certified DEIB leader by Brandon Hall Group , I have dedicated my professional life to creating environments where everyone, regardless of background, ability, or identity, can thrive. My doctoral research on DEIB explored how creating equitable workspaces benefits not only individuals but the overall performance of organizations. I have had the privilege of authoring a book on DEIB, which delves into the intricate link between diversity, business and sustainability, the importance of inclusive leadership, and the ways organizations can embed DEIB into their culture.
I believe that diversity isn’t just a corporate buzzword, but a powerful tool that drives innovation and growth. In my leadership roles at Bank of Baroda, I have worked to integrate DEIB principles into the fabric of the organization, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued
