It is truly a privilege to serve as a mentor to Dr. Nikita Vasant Raut — a high-potential professional, an inspiring leader, a melodious singer, and above all, a kind, compassionate, and humble human being.

Her journey is nothing short of remarkable. Beginning her career as an HR expert at Bank of Baroda, one of India’s leading public sector banks, she transitioned into roles of increasing responsibility — first as a faculty member and learning head, and now as Deputy General Manager, where she is nurturing a culture of ethics within the organization.

Her brilliance extends far beyond the walls of the Bank. In 2020, Nikita was honored with the President’s Medal and a National Award for her outstanding contributions. She is recognized among India’s Top 40 HR professionals and continues to share her wisdom on various national and international platforms. She earned her Ph.D. in Diversity & Inclusion and authored the inspiring book “MOSAIC: Diverse Pieces, One Picture.”She has also launched her own website and was recently featured in the “India’s Most Influential Women to Watch in 2025″issue by “Insights Success India.“

What makes her journey truly extraordinary is not just her list of achievements, but the spirit with which she has accomplished them. Born visually impaired, Nikita has never allowed limitations to define her path. Instead, she has risen above every challenge with strength, resilience, and quiet determination — becoming a beacon of hope and an inspiration to many.

As her mentor, I feel deeply honored and immensely proud. With Nikita, there are no boundaries — only new possibilities waiting to be explored.
