“This was sometime in August 2024, when one of my professional friend asked me if I could meet Ms. Nikita Raut who in a normal parlance was visually impaired as she needed to speak with some CXO for her PhD research. I agreed immediately. I got a call from Ms. Nikita Raut seeking my participation in her research  which was on Diversity & Inclusion. I never knew that this interaction with her was going to take my life experience to a different sphere.

The meeting with her, knowing her story and her achievements, was so powerful, that it changed the way I look at similar people. The energy and the passion was overwhelming, and it made me think they are the people with ‘INNER VISION’.

This prompted us to see if we have a few of such people with Inner Vision in our team. Quickly I got introduced to the National Association for Blind – Mumbai and the very next day there were 2 of these special people in our office, Sonu and Harsh. This experience was mind boggling. Today they are a part of our 10+ team members growing to 25+, who I see as Chief Motivating Officers (CMO). The sense of satisfaction is so huge, all triggered by this lady called Nikita Raut.

It was a proud moment when in December 2024 Ms. Nikita Raut became Dr. Nikita Raut. What determination and aspirations with full of life. I still remember her telling me that she used to travel from her home in Mulund, Mumbai to Bank of Baroda in BKC and how the traffic jams helped her to complete her PhD work as it gave her focused attention. This is another example as to how she converts reality of life to positive manifestations and just moves ahead. From that day onwards, I have stopped cribbing about traffic jams! And my outlook for so many things in life has changed”
