My masi, Nikita Raut, has always been one of the most inspiring people in my life. Born blind, she never let her disability define her. Instead, she chose to rise above it with strength, resilience, and quiet determination. Watching her grow—personally and professionally—has shaped the way I understand courage.

From her school days, when she couldn’t study alongside her sisters, to becoming a brilliant student who loved mathematics and excelled in commerce, her journey has been anything but ordinary. She worked hard, faced countless challenges, and never once gave up. Today, she is a Deputy General Manager at Bank of Baroda, recognized as one of India’s top 40 HR professionals, and speaks at forums where leaders and entrepreneurs listen to her story.

But more than her achievements, it’s her kindness, humility, and unshakable spirit that inspire me the most. She’s the person who taught me that true success isn’t about titles or recognition—it’s about how deeply you believe in yourself, even when the world doubts you.
